I just watched this talk, and found it worth spending 1 hour of your weekend on it. Not only did I identify myself and my team in parts of the talk, but found a lot of new ideas I would like to bring to the projects I am working on now and will be in the future.
PS: introduction in French, but the talk is in English.

Like many other years just before New Year Eve you get asked by friends and family about your New Year Resolutions. For my surprise they did ask but I got nothing, I could think about what I would like to change (or improve in 2010). But once 2010 came I found that there are a lot of things I would like to happen in 2010.

Just spent the last 2 hours trying to find out how Gmails query syntax works. And I hope this post will help others not to loose 2 hours too.
 
This weekend I discovered a nice Gmail Lab "thingy" multiple inboxes. A nice little feature which helps you better organize your inbox, especially if you have a large monitor.

Yep I've been missing for a while, but like any true geek, I'm also an TV series addict.
And last week I started watching 'the big bang theory' and I cannot let it down.

Starting yesterday you can find this site also at ddanciu.ro. And it is all thanks to the guys at Free DNS, they offer free DNS hosting for any domanin, nut just their subdomains like those from DynDNS.

Yep, we are finally up and running. I've been trying to set this up for some time now, and it seems I finally managed to find the right combination of tools which allow me to put up a site. One of my strongest requirements was to have it running inside a virtual machine hosted on my desktop computer.
